Facility: digit-control lathe; gear hobbing machine 1- 6m; gear shaping machine; lathe and digit lathe 1-7m; rotation supporting special grinder, max dia.5m; intermediate quenching lathe; etc.
Our factory has the largest slewing ring heat treatment system and 6.3M harding machine which can harding the surface of gear and various slewing ring raceway of roller bearings. The heat treatment furnace can process harding and tempering,tempering, normalizing, quenching,and other heat treatment on various oversize workpiece with Dia.5500mm and 12M long.Our factory have passed the certification of ISO9001 quality management system.
